Important Information on Shipping

Windsor currently offers shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please select one of the "Armed Forces" options under the state dropdown while entering your shipping address for APO/FPO processing. ALL military shipments will be shipped via the USPS. APO and FPO addresses must ship via the U.S. Postal Service. NOTE: Transit times for APO/FPO addresses can take considerably longer depending upon the final destination. The USPS delivers the package to the US domestic military location, then the package is put on military transport for the final leg of transport.

We can only ship to P.O. boxes through the USPS. 

All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will go via Expedited Shipping.

Orders are subject to merchandise availability. You will not be charged for any items that are not available.

International orders can be processed by changing the country in the shipping location during checkout.

For your protection, gift cards will be shipped with signature required. Windsor is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.

Windsor does not want any lost or stolen packages and neither do you! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for missing/lost packages; of course, we want you to get your cute stuff! Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address as we want our Windsor customer as happy as can be.

Don’t forget your Apartment number!
