How long until my refund is processed?

We are sorry to hear things didn't work out. Once the return has been received and verified as meeting the return eligibility requirements, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to be credited to the original form of payment for debit/credit card transactions.

For purchases made with PayPal and Amazon Pay, you will be refunded to your account as soon as the online store has processed your return. If you completed your purchase with QuadPay, the amount of the refund will be deducted from the balance owed on your QuadPay account. For more information on QuadPay click HERE.
